The Research & Engineering Apprenticeship Program (REAP) is a summer STEM program that places high school students from groups historically under-represented in STEM into research apprenticeships at colleges and universities. Participants work on hands-on research projects under the supervision of professional mentors to gain experience and exposure to STEM careers.
