Changemakers in Computing
Changemakers in Computing (CiC) is a free four-week summer program hosted by the University of Washington’s Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering. Designed for Washington State high school students—especially economically disadvantaged and future first-generation college students—the program introduces coding fundamentals and explores the intersections of technology, society, ethics, and justice through project-based learning and mentorship from UW undergraduate students.

Eligibility
Must be a Washington State resident currently enrolled in 10th or 11th grade (rising juniors and seniors) at a Washington State high school, and able to commute to the UW Seattle campus. CiC aims to support economically disadvantaged and/or future first-generation college students.
