The Summer Institute at UCF (SI@UCF) Computer Science track is an intensive three-week summer program for students interested in computer science and technology. Participants receive individualized instruction across three placement levels ranging from beginner Python game design to object-oriented programming and competitive programming. The program also features distinguished lectures by UCF researchers and collaborative peer activities.

Applicants must currently be enrolled in grades 7–11 at the time of application, be at least 13 years old by the start of the institute, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and have strong performance in mathematics (Algebra I preferred).
