High School Summer Science Program

The High School Summer Science Program (HS3P) at Eastern Michigan University is a three-week summer research experience for high school students. Working in pairs alongside a faculty mentor and undergraduate research student, participants conduct hands-on laboratory research in biology, chemistry, or physics. Students learn experimental techniques, data analysis, research ethics, and deliver a scientific presentation at the conclusion of the program.
