The Experiential Learning in Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship (ELITE) Program for Black Youth is a paid work-integrated internship program designed to enable Black youth to develop hands-on skills in disruptive technologies such as robotics, automation, advanced manufacturing, and tissue engineering. Candidate interns are matched with hosts at the University of Alberta, InnoTech Alberta, and industry partners for 8- or 16-week internships, complemented by leadership, entrepreneurship training, and wellness coaching.
