ELITE Program
The ELITE Program (Experiential Learning in Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship) provides Black youth and other students with work-integrated internship opportunities in fields like robotics, automation, advanced manufacturing, and tissue engineering. Participants are matched with university researchers, companies, or government agencies to gain hands-on experience, leadership training, and professional coaching.

Eligibility
