Winship Summer Scholars Research Program

The Winship Summer Scholars Research Program is a six-week summer research internship at the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University for rising and graduating high school seniors. Students work one-on-one with a Winship physician or lab-based researcher on cancer research, attend faculty lectures, participate in field trips, and present their findings at a final symposium.

Eligibility

Must be at least 16 years old by the start date and be rising or graduating high school seniors. Applicants for the in-person program must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (applicants anywhere in the U.S. may apply, but housing is not provided).
