The Fermilab Program for Research, Innovation, and STEM Mentorship (PRISM) is a four-week summer experience for rising high school seniors and recent graduates enrolled in Illinois high schools. Participants explore cutting-edge topics including particle physics, quantum science, engineering design, and artificial intelligence through hands-on activities, expert lectures, and facility tours. Working alongside Fermilab professionals, students receive mentorship and complete research deliverables including an abstract and poster presentation.
