High School Explorers Program

The Pathways Research Explorers Program is a two-week introductory summer program at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center for rising 10th and 11th grade students. Participants engage in hands-on biomedical research activities in the Learning Lab, tour working labs, and meet scientists to explore career pathways in cancer and biomedical research. The program especially encourages applications from individuals furthest from opportunity.

Open to rising 10th and 11th graders residing in Seattle or surrounding areas (no out-of-state or international students). Must have completed an introductory high school biology or chemistry course.
