Summer High School Internship Program (SHIP)
The Summer High School Internship Program (SHIP) is a competitive, eight-week, full-time paid internship at Fred Hutch in Seattle, designed for students entering their senior year of high school who are interested in biomedical research. Interns receive hands-on training in laboratory techniques, engage in mentored research, attend professional development workshops, and participate in science seminars. The program is intended for students with limited prior research experience who reside in the Greater Seattle area.

Eligibility
Must currently reside in the Greater Seattle area or surrounding areas. Must be 16 years or older by the start of the program. Must be a high school student entering their senior year. International and out-of-state students are not eligible.
