Georgetown Lombardi Summer Research Volunteer Program

The Georgetown Lombardi Summer Research Volunteer Program offers high school and undergraduate students hands-on laboratory research experience in cancer biology and biomedical sciences. Participants work full-time (40 hours/week) for eight weeks under the mentorship of Georgetown University Medical Center scientists, attend weekly seminars, and present their research findings.

Eligibility

Open to high school and undergraduate students who are at least 16 years old by the start of the program and can commit full-time (40 hours/week) for the full 8 weeks. AP science coursework is strongly encouraged. International applicants are eligible but responsible for all travel, lodging, and visa requirements.
