High School Students Engaged in Applied Sciences, Research, and Technology is a 3-week collaborative summer research outreach program between UC Irvine and Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). High school students learn biological, computational, and cardiovascular engineering methods to study hemodynamics and heart development, culminating in a research paper and presentation.
