Future Scientist Program

The Future Scientist Program (FSP) at the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center is an eight-week summer research internship for high school juniors attending Marion County public high schools. Participants work full-time alongside university researchers in laboratories on cancer-related research projects, attend professional development seminars, and present a scientific poster at the end of the summer.

Eligibility
Open only to current high school juniors enrolled in a Marion County (Indianapolis) public high school with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be eligible to obtain a work permit if age 16 or under.
