The Youth Tree Team (YTT) is a summer employment and enrichment program organized by Keep Indianapolis Beautiful for high school students. Participants care for urban trees across Indianapolis through watering, mulching, staking, and weeding, while gaining job readiness skills and participating in weekly enrichment activities like hiking, tree identification, and financial literacy.

Eligibility
Must be currently enrolled in high school, at least 14 years old by June 4, 2026, able to carry 40-pound buckets of water walking several hundred feet, and commit to not missing more than 8 days of the 7-week program.
