The Carl B. & Florence E. King Foundation High School Summer Program in Biomedical Sciences at MD Anderson Cancer Center introduces graduating Texas high school seniors to allied health and biomedical research careers. Selected participants work full-time in MD Anderson research laboratories under the mentorship of faculty, attend scientific seminars, and present their findings at a final celebration.

Eligibility

Open only to current Texas high school seniors age 18 or older by program start who will graduate in the spring and have been accepted to college for the fall. Must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or hold work-eligible visas. Preference given to students pursuing allied health careers.
