Michigan Tech's Summer Youth Programs (SYP) Pathway Programs are selective, week-long summer experiences for high school students to explore STEM and engineering career paths. Participants engage in hands-on learning and applied projects alongside university faculty and industry professionals, with tracks including Engineering Scholars, Women in Engineering, Railroad Transportation, Geospatial Engineering, and Metallurgy.
