MWRI High School Summer Internship Program
The MWRI High School Summer Internship Program offers high school sophomores and juniors the opportunity to engage in basic, translational, or clinical biomedical research. Students work on independent research projects under the mentorship of investigators at Magee-Womens Research Institute or Magee-Womens Hospital and share their findings at the annual presentation day.

Eligibility
Must be a permanent resident of southwest Pennsylvania (Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Mercer, Somerset, Washington, or Westmoreland counties). Open only to current sophomores and juniors (no rising sophomores or graduating seniors) who are at least 16 years old by the start date.
