Eligibility
Must be an Oklahoma resident at the time of high school graduation; must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have unrestricted employment authorization (excluding H-4 visa). Applicants must be high school seniors (graduating May 2027) or college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors.
