RBC Summer Tech Labs is an eight-week paid summer internship for high school students in grades 11 and 12. Working in small teams as Innovation Developers, participants collaborate to build and present working software prototypes addressing real business challenges faced by RBC.

Eligibility
Must be currently enrolled in an Ontario-based high school with a passion for computer science, engineering, or entrepreneurship. Participants must be available full-time for the 8-week period and able to commute to downtown Toronto.
