OHSU School of Dentistry Research Internship Program

The OHSU School of Dentistry Research Internship Program provides mentored laboratory research opportunities in dental, oral, and craniofacial sciences for high school and undergraduate students. Interns work in faculty laboratories on topics such as biomaterials, tissue engineering, the oral microbiome, and dental public health. High school participants conduct research over six weeks and present oral summaries of their findings at an end-of-summer celebration.
