The SickKids Summer Training and Research (StAR) program is a six-week paid summer research internship at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto. It is designed for Indigenous, Black, and Filipino high school students in grades 11 or 12 who are interested in exploring careers in research and STEMM-related fields.

Eligibility
Must be at least 16 years old, in high school grade 11 or 12, identify as Black, Filipino, or Indigenous, and be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Previous Grade 10 Science is required.
