
Summer High-School Internships in Research Experiences (SHIRE)
The Summer High-School Internships in Research Experiences (SHIRE) is a paid summer research internship offered by Vanderbilt University's Collaborative for STEM Education and Outreach (CSEO) in partnership with The Ayin Project and Nashville POWER Youth. Open to rising juniors and seniors in the Interdisciplinary Science and Research (ISR) Program at select Nashville high schools, interns conduct hands-on laboratory research in areas like pharmacology and sustainable engineering alongside Vanderbilt scientists.

Eligibility
Must be enrolled in the Interdisciplinary Science and Research (ISR) Program at John Overton High School, Stratford STEM High School, or Hillsboro High School in Nashville, TN.
