UIC Rockford Summer Programs in Biomedical Sciences

The University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford offers summer biomedical science opportunities for area high school students, including a one-week STEM Camp and an eight-week Summer Science Internship. Participants engage in hands-on laboratory activities, learn cutting-edge medical research techniques, and work alongside leading scientists on disease cures, vaccine development, and drug discovery. The program is designed to motivate high school students to explore careers in biomedical sciences and medicine.
