Ted R. Lilley CURE Program
The Ted R. Lilley Continuing Umbrella of Research Education (CURE) Program at the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute offers hands-on research experiences to Portland-area high school students from socially or economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Interns spend eight weeks working up to 40 hours per week in a cancer research laboratory with faculty mentors, attending weekly seminars, and presenting at a poster symposium.

Eligibility
Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior attending an Oregon high school (preference given to Portland Metro area public school students and those with 2 years remaining), come from a socially or economically disadvantaged background (NIH definition), have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and have completed at least one lab science class.
