The Scholar Immersion Program (SIP) at UC Santa Cruz is a research-based summer program that connects high school students with UCSC faculty and researchers. Participants gain hands-on research experience across various scientific and academic fields through in-person engagement on campus.

Eligibility
Students must be 14-17 years old for the duration of the program. High school graduates are generally ineligible. Some projects may require students to be at least 16.
