UCSD Research Experience for High School Students (REHS)
The Research Experience for High School Students (REHS) program at UC San Diego's San Diego Supercomputer Center is an 8-week summer volunteer research internship for Southern California high school students. Participants work with computational research scientists on established research projects, gaining hands-on computational experience, research skills, and mentorship. The program concludes with a mandatory scientific poster presentation on their research.

Eligibility
Must be a Southern California resident currently in grade 10, 11, or 12 at a public, private, or homeschool in Southern California. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age on or before June 15, have a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.0, and be college bound. Mandatory attendance at the final poster session is required.
