University of Houston Summer Scholars Academy
The Summer Scholars Academy at the University of Houston is an intensive 9-week summer bridge program for incoming freshmen majoring in the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics or the Cullen College of Engineering. Participants can earn credit for Calculus 1, preview Fundamentals of Chemistry, receive college success coaching, and earn scholarships.

Eligibility
Must be a graduating high school senior planning to attend the University of Houston in the fall with a first-choice major in NSM or Cullen College of Engineering, and have credit for or be currently taking pre-calculus in high school. Students who took Calculus 1 as dual credit are not eligible.
