Collaborative Laboratory Internships and Mentorship Blueprint (CLIMB)

CLIMB (Collaborative Laboratory Internships and Mentorship Blueprint) is a six-week, paid summer research internship hosted by the University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL) for high school students from partner school districts in North St. Louis County. Interns work 40 hours per week embedded within active research groups across STEM disciplines such as biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, and computer science, alongside weekly professional development workshops.
