The Collaborative Laboratory Internship and Mentoring Blueprint (CLIMB) is a six-week paid summer internship program co-founded by the University of Missouri–St. Louis and local public school districts. High school students from partner districts work 40 hours per week embedded in active university research labs across STEM disciplines and participate in professional development workshops.

Eligibility
Participation is currently available only to high school students from partner school districts in Saint Louis County: Jennings, Hazelwood, Ritenour, Riverview Gardens, and University City.
