Young Innovators: Climate & Energy is a one-week residential summer enrichment program at the University of Chicago for current 11th graders. Offered in partnership with Invenergy and the Polsky Foundation, students explore pressing climate and energy policy issues through faculty lectures, discussion-based seminars, collaborative projects, and visits to industry headquarters in Chicago.

Eligibility
Current 11th grade high school students who are at least 15 years old. Participants are required to live in campus housing for the duration of the program.

- $3,000 ($75 application fee)
- Financial aid
- Need-based financial aid is available: program fee is waived for household incomes at or below $125,000 USD; program fee is waived and domestic roundtrip travel is covered for household incomes at or below $60,000 USD.
