The Accelerate Cancer Education (ACE) program is a 6-week paid summer research experience for local high school students interested in biomedical careers. Participants are paired with faculty mentors to work on cancer-focused research projects in laboratory, clinical, or office settings at the KU Cancer Center.

Eligibility
Must be a current junior or senior attending a Wyandotte County, KS or Jackson County, MO high school for the 2026-27 academic year. Must have 3.0+ GPA and be legally eligible to work in the US.
