Students Exploring Pharmacy (STEP) is a 4-day summer program at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy designed to introduce high school students to pharmacy practice and healthcare careers. Participants engage in hands-on activities such as basic medication compounding and clinical skills practice, as well as presentations, discussion groups, and campus tours.
