Students Exploring Pharmacy (STEP) is a four-day summer program at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy designed to introduce high school students to pharmacy as a career. Participants engage in hands-on compounding activities, treatment exploration for common illnesses, clinical skill practice, campus tours, and interactions with UW faculty and pharmacists.

Open to students in grades 9-12 (rising freshmen through rising seniors); priority is given to rising juniors and seniors.
