The UT Dallas Summer Biology Research Workshop (SBRW) is a four-week hands-on laboratory research experience for rising 10th through 12th graders hosted by the Department of Biological Sciences. Participants complete one week of foundational laboratory training followed by three weeks of faculty-supervised, mentor-guided discovery research projects, concluding with a research symposium presentation.

Eligibility

Texas residents are prioritized. Participants must be above 15 years old by June 1, 2026, commit to 100% attendance, and arrange their own housing and transportation.
