Virginia Space Coast Scholars (VSCS) is a free STEM program for high school sophomores focusing on science, technology, engineering, and math integral to NASA's Wallops Flight Facility missions. The program features a five-module online course during the school year, with top-performing scholars invited to attend a seven-day residential summer academy on Wallops Island, VA.

Eligibility
Open to high school sophomores who are Virginia residents (or Maryland residents with a parent working at NASA Wallops Flight Facility) with a minimum 2.7 GPA. U.S. citizenship is required to attend the residential summer academy, though permanent residents may take the online course.
