WIE RISE is a virtual summer program hosted by current engineering students in the Women in Engineering (WIE) Program at the University of Maryland. Designed for rising 9th through 12th graders, the webinar-style program introduces students to various engineering disciplines and scientific research through virtual lab tours, research paper exploration, and hands-on at-home experiments. The program is open to all students.
