UC Davis Young Scholars Program
The UC Davis Young Scholars Program is a summer residential research program that introduces approximately 40 high-achieving high school students to original research in biological, agricultural, environmental, and natural sciences. Participants work one-on-one with research faculty and groups in university labs for six weeks, culminating in a journal-quality paper and a symposium presentation. The program is designed for rising high school juniors and seniors who are permanent U.S. residents.

Eligibility
Must be a rising junior (in sophomore year when applying) or rising senior (in junior year when applying). Must be a permanent U.S. resident currently residing and attending school in the U.S. Must be 16 by the first day of the program and not 18 before the last day.
