Young Scholars Program
The Young Scholars Program (YSP) at Florida State University is a six-week residential summer program for high-achieving Florida high school students interested in STEM careers. Participants engage in advanced courses in mathematics, science, and computer programming alongside conducting independent research projects in FSU faculty research laboratories.

Eligibility
Open to Florida high school students who have completed 11th grade (exceptionally qualified 10th graders rarely considered), maintain permanent Florida residency, have at least a 3.0 unweighted GPA, scored in the 90th percentile or better in math on a standardized test, and are enrolled in or completed Pre-Calculus.
