The hydroelectric car

I would want to create a hydroelectric car. It will be consisting of li-ion batteries and a disc pump which will return the water in the tank. It will also have li-ion batteries because they have a bigger storage. This is my project. This project is to reduce pollution of the tailpipes and this will reduce the depleted atmosphere
